OhMyDove is an email application by CosmicFeel. This policy explains the data required to connect your mailboxes and provide the service.

Data we process

  • Account information: your OhMyDove sign-in email address and identifiers used to keep your session and settings consistent.
  • Mailbox connections: email addresses, mail-server settings, and protected credentials or OAuth tokens for accounts you connect.
  • Email content: messages, recipients, contacts inferred from correspondence, drafts, and attachments such as documents, photos, video, or audio that you choose to send or open.
  • Device information: device and push-notification identifiers needed to deliver notifications.
  • Preferences: folders, swipe actions, appearance, language, shortcuts, signatures, and related product settings.

Why we process it

We use this data only to provide app functionality: authentication, mailbox synchronization, search, reading and sending email, scheduled sending, notifications, contacts, and settings synchronization.

Services involved

OhMyDove connects to the mail providers you choose. Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging may process device tokens and notification delivery data. We do not sell personal data, serve ads, or track you across other companies' apps and websites.

Storage and protection

Network connections use TLS. Mailbox credentials stored by the service are encrypted. App authentication tokens use protected platform storage. Remote email images pass through a protected proxy designed to reduce tracking and block unsafe destinations.

Retention and deletion

Mailbox data is retained while the mailbox remains connected. Removing a mailbox in the app deletes its service-side messages, folders, rules, queued actions, cached bodies, and active connections. For a broader access or deletion request, contact us.
